Homemade Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    almost 2 c. egg yolks
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix flour, 1 cup at
    a time, into egg yolks.
    Mix good. May require more flour.
    Knead.
    Roll out thin.
    Let dry.
    Cut in noodle size strips
    or use a noodle cutter.
    Let thoroughly dry. Store in bags or airtight container.
