Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie shell
    1 1/2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. sugar
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. mace
    1/4 tsp. allspice
Preparation
    Boil sweet potatoes until tender.
    When cool, peel and mash to make 1 1/2 cups.
    To the sweet potatoes, add butter, sugar, eggs and remainder of ingredients.
    Pour into pie shell and bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Then lower oven temperature to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for 30 minutes or until done.
