Pizza Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/2-inch sq.
    5 tomatoes (about 2 1/2 lb.)
    3 green peppers, cut into strips
    4 oz. pepperoni, sliced
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can pitted ripe olives
    1/3 c. tomato juice
    1/2 c. Viva Parmesan dressing (Seven Seas)
    1/2 c. croutons
Preparation
    In large bowl or platter combine cheese, tomatoes, green peppers, pepperoni, onion and olives.
    In small bowl combine tomato juice and salad dressing.
    Pour over salad and toss.
    Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
    Sprinkle croutons over salad.
