Coconut Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. moist coconut
    2 c. milk
    1 egg, separated
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Soak bread crumbs and coconut in milk.
    Beat egg yolks.
    Add sugar, salt and butter.
    Add to milk mixture.
    Fold in beaten egg white.
    Pour into greased baking dish. Set in a pan of hot water. Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 6.
