Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. soda
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    chopped nuts
Preparation
    Grease jelly roll pan.
    Line with wax paper; grease and flour paper.
    Beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add pumpkin; mix well.
    Stir in flour, soda, salt and cinnamon which have been mixed together.
    Spread in pan; sprinkle with nuts.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle a tea towel or cheesecloth with powdered sugar.
    Turn cake upside-down onto towel.
    Remove wax paper and roll up in towel and cool.
    Unroll; spread with filling and re-roll.
    Refrigerate.
