Saucepan Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. shortening
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Melt shortening; add sugar and vanilla. Stir well, then add eggs.
    Stir, then add remaining dry ingredients.
    Use nuts of your choice.
    Pour into a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch square pan.
    Bake for 25 minutes.
    The secret is to be sure and shake the pan every 5 minutes for a delicious chewy brownie.
