Cherry Tomatoes Filled With Cheese - cooking recipe

10 cherry tomatoes
1 pkg. (4 oz.) cream cheese
1 pkg. Sizzlean beef
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. sour cream
garlic powder to taste
1 onion, chopped
5 to 6 finely chopped mushrooms
paprika
salt
Preparation

Wash tomatoes; cut in halves and with a teaspoon, take out the insides and let drain.
Brown the beef and cut into tiny little pieces.
Mix with cream cheese, Parmesan, sour cream and garlic powder, then fill up the tomatoes with this mixture.
Brown the onions and mushrooms then mix in paprika and salt and spread on top of the stuffed tomatoes.
Serve as appetizers.
