Tortellini-Vegetable Kabobs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

24 small spinach tortellini with cheese
12 small tortellini
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. water
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained
12 small cherry tomatoes, halved
Preparation

Cook tortellini, drain and set aside.
Combine cornstarch and next 7 ingredients in small saucepan, gradually stir in water and vinegar.
Bring to a boil, cook 30 seconds stirring with wire whisk.
Remove from heat and cool.
