Pork Chops And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops
1 c. raw rice
4 slices each: green pepper, tomato and onion
Preparation

Brown pork chops.
Place in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole on top or raw rice.
Top each with slice of onion, bell pepper and tomato.
Season with salt, pepper and dash of curry powder.
Rinse skillet (used to brown meat) with 2 cups boiling water or a can of bouillon and 1/2 cup water.
Pour into casserole.
Cover.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
(I like to add a little curry powder to rice.)
