Leta Hall'S Spinach Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. chopped frozen spinach, cooked, cooled and squeezed dry
6 oz. lemon jello, dissolved with 1 c. boiling water
1 c. ginger ale or lemon soda
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. celery, finely chopped
2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Dissolve jello with boiling water, then add ginger ale or lemon soda. Cool.
Mix. Let set overnight in 1-quart dish. Serves 8 or 9.
