Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bread
    1 lb. patty sausage
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Tear bread and place in a greased baking dish (13 x 9 x 2-inch).
    Brown sausage and drain off fat.
    Spoon sausage over bread.
    Beat eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper; pour over mixture.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
