Delmonico Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    4 hard-boiled eggs
    cold boiled potatoes, cut up
Preparation
    Melt butter; blend in flour and add milk and salt.
    Cook slowly until thick.
    Onion or parsley may be added to sauce.
    Put sauce into casserole.
    Alternate with potatoes, cheese and hard-boiled eggs.
    Put 1/2 of bread crumbs and cheese on top. Bake until brown (30 minutes to 1 hour).
