Curried Fruit Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can peach halves
    1 can apricots
    1 can pears
    1 small can pineapple pieces
    10 maraschino cherries
    1/3 c. melted butter
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    4 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Drain fruit well.
    Mix butter, brown sugar and curry powder. Lay fruit in a shallow baking dish, hollow side up.
    Dot all over with butter and sugar mixture.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour, basting frequently.
    Cool and refrigerate for at least one day.
    Warm over at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    Serves 10.
    Must be made a day ahead.
