Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. shredded zucchini
    1/4 c. shredded carrots
    1 can cream soup
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. stuffing mix
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Place whole heads of garlic in a small baking dish and bake them at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
