Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    2 jars favorite spaghetti sauce
    dash of Italian seasoning
    dash of garlic powder
    dash of salt
    cottage cheese
    3 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1 lb. box lasagna noodles, cooked, rinsed and drained
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain.
    Add sauce and seasoning; simmer 2 hours.
    In 13 x 9-inch baking dish, sprayed with Pam, layer meat, then noodles.
    Next to last, layer or spread on cottage cheese. Top with Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until Mozzarella cheese melts and is lightly brown.
