Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. Minute rice
    2 c. beef bouillon or 2 beef bouillon cubes in water and 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. seedless raisins
    3/4 c. sliced, toasted almonds
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter in skillet until tender, but not brown, about 5 minutes.
    Add rice and saute for 3 to 5 minutes.
    Add bouillon, salt and raisins.
    Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes.
    Stir in almonds and parsley.
    Fluff with a fork.
    Serves four.
