Fresh Apple Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. diced apples
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg

Preparation

Mix apples, sugar and cinnamon.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Add flour, baking soda, salt and egg.
Mix well.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0.
