Mexican Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can chopped green chilies, drained
    1 large onion
    2 Tbsp. each vinegar, sugar and Tabasco sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. each pepper, paprika, onion salt and garlic salt
    2 1/2 c. tomatoes
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except the Velveeta in a food processor or blender.
    Simmer 2 hours or more.
    Add the cheese.
    Stir until melted.
    Serve warm.
