Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. grated sweet potatoes
    pinch of salt
    2 eggs
    1 stick butter
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix milk, butter, sugar, eggs, cinnamon and salt together to prevent potatoes from turning brown.
    Grate them after mixing other ingredients.
    Immediately add the grated potatoes to mixture.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until crusty on top.
    The casserole can be made the day before and kept in refrigerator overnight before baking.
