Fudge Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1/3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. light corn syrup
    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. pecans
    9-inch unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cocoa, flour, salt, corn syrup, eggs, melted butter and vanilla in a large mixing bowl.
    Beat at medium speed for 30 seconds.
    Stir in pecans; pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool.
    For best flavor, cover and let stand 1 day before serving.
    If desired, serve with whipped cream.
