Fudge Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour, unsifted
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1/4 c. milk (skim)
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped (optional)
    1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
    3/4 c. hot water
    ice milk
Preparation
    Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, granulated sugar and 2 tablespoons of the cocoa.
    Stir in the milk, oil and pecans. Spread the mixture into a greased 9-inch deep dish pie plate.
