Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
4 egg yolks
1 small can milk (2/3 c.)
1 can sliced pineapple
2 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can pineapple juice
Preparation

Put 1 cup coconut in bottom of crust.
Put pineapple on coconut.
Pour custard on pineapple.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
Beat egg whites and decorate with pineapple and coconut.
Brown in oven until light brown.
