Louise'S Chinese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cooked chicken breast
2 oz. Chinese rice sticks
1 head lettuce
4 stalks green onions
1/2 onion
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. sesame oil
3 tsp. Japanese rice vinegar
Preparation
-
Boil chicken and shred.
Deep fry rice sticks.
Shred lettuce. Chop onions.
Combine all ingredients in bowl and serve with dressing made from remaining ingredients.
