Spinach Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
3 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
2 pkg. frozen spinach

Preparation

Cook
spinach
and
drain.
Melt
butter in 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine remaining ingredients and place in pan.
Bake 35 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
