Harriett'S Fresh Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. Argo or Kingsford cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    6 c. assorted fresh fruit, cut up (grapes, plums, apples, peaches, pears)
    cookie crust
Preparation
    In saucepan, mix 1/2 cup sugar and the cornstarch.
    Gradually stir in the orange juice until smooth.
    Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat and boil 1 minute.
    Remove from heat. Stir in 1/4 cup lemon juice; cool completely.
    Fold in the cut up fresh fruit.
    Turn into baked cookie crust.
    Chill 3 or 4 hours.
