Ingredients
    2 cans cream-style corn
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 small jar diced pimentos
    4 eggs
    1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Cook 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
