Oven Cornflake Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
1/3 c. plain flour
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 whole chicken, cut-up
5 c. cornflakes
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Mix melted margarine, flour and soup mix.
Dip chicken in mixture and then roll in crushed cornflakes. Put in pan and bake 55 to 60 minutes or until brown.
Makes 6 servings.
