Orange-Almond Ambrosia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. crushed almonds, toasted
    2 fresh navel oranges
    1/4 c. honey
    6 Tbsp. favorite cold cereal, crushed (e.g. bran flakes, Mueslix)
Preparation
    To toast the almonds, spread them on a baking sheet and place in a 350\u00b0 oven for 5 to 6 minutes.
    Peel and section the oranges. Place the honey in a small bowl.
    In another bowl, combine the cereal and toasted almonds.
    Brush each orange section with honey, using a pastry brush, then lightly roll each section in the cereal-nut mixture.
    Arrange on a serving dish or individual plates.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
