Mexican Platter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can refried beans
    1 head lettuce, sliced fine
    1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 small sour cream
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    veggies (chopped tomatoes, chopped green onions, sliced black olives)
    guacamole
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    Spread refried beans on a small platter, then add lettuce (if you use guacamole, it goes on the lettuce).
    Add chopped veggies; top with shredded cheese.
    Add taco seasoning to sour cream to taste.
    Mound this on top of cheese.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
