Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium to large white potatoes
    8 hard-boiled eggs, finely grated
    Italian Wish-Bone dressing
    mayonnaise
    4 c. finely chopped celery
    1 onion, chopped or grated
    salt to taste
Preparation
    The day before serving, boil potatoes in jackets.
    Peel, dice and salt to taste while still warm.
    Marinate overnight in refrigerator with dressing.
    Next day, add eggs, celery and onion. Mix with mayonnaise to desired consistency.
    Serves 20.
