Sesame Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 to 3 lb.) chicken
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed
Preparation
    Dip chicken in milk and egg mixture; then in flour mixture. Melt 1/2 cup butter in baking pan.
    Place chicken, skin side down, in single layer in pan.
    Bake 1/2 hour in 400\u00b0 oven; turn and bake 1/2 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
