Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. flour or 1/4 c. cornstarch
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 c. scalded milk
    2 Tbsp. oleo or butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 slightly beaten egg yolks
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix cornstarch or flour, sugar and salt. Add milk and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.
    Cook for 2 minutes and remove from heat.
    Add small amount to eggs.
    Stir into remaining mixture and cool for 1 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add butter and vanilla.
