Potato Boats - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 potatoes
1/3 c. vegetable oil
salt
pepper

Preparation

Scrub and quarter potatoes lengthwise.
Place in foil lined baking dish.
Brush with oil.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and bake at 400\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
