Rhubarb Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. oatmeal
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. flour
    4 c. rhubarb
    1 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Make a crumb mixture of the first 5 ingredients and put half of it in a greased 9 x 9 pan.
