Pumpkin Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. mashed pumpkin
    1/2 stick butter
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs (whole)
    1 c. canned cream
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    pinch of cloves
Preparation
    Slowly heat pumpkin and butter together until butter is melted.
    Mix sugar, flour and salt; add to pumpkin.
    Beat eggs well; add cream and flavoring.
    Then fold in stiffly beaten eggs. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until firm.
    Makes 2 pies.
