Old Fashioned Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. rhubarb, cut in pieces
1 c. sugar
2 egg yolks
lump of butter (medium size)
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Mix and cook slowly until like jelly; put in baked shell and cover with meringue made from egg whites (beaten stiff) and to which has been added 3 to 4 tablespoons sugar.
Brown in oven.
