Hamburger Wellington - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. Romano cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. parsley
    speck of garlic
    salt and pepper
    4 slices ham
    4 slices Swiss cheese
    1 pkg. crescent rolls
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients except for ham, Swiss and rolls. Spread meat mixture on wax paper to form a rectangle slightly wider on one end.
    Place ham and cheese on top and roll like a jelly roll. Cover with crescent roll dough. Bake for 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 4.
