Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. pineapple, drained
2 c. sugar
2 c. carrots, grated
1 c. oil
4 eggs
Preparation

Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add pineapple, sugar, carrots, oil and eggs.
Mix together well and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
Reserve juice from pineapple for frosting.
