Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. minced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced or 1 (8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
parsley
Preparation

Saute onion and garlic in butter or margarine over medium heat. Stir in meat and brown.
Stir in flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes.
Stir in soup, simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in sour cream.
Heat through.
Garnish with parsley.
Serve with poppy seed egg noodles or fluffy rice.
Serves 4 to 6.
