Black Bottom Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
    3 c. flour
    1/2 c. cocoa
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. water
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Blend cream cheese, egg, 1/2 cup sugar, salt and chocolate chips in small bowl and set aside.
    In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
    Mix well; mixture will be soupy.
    Fill paper lined muffin tins no more than 1/2 full with chocolate mixture.
    Place 1 tablespoon cream cheese mixture in center of chocolate mixture.
    Sprinkle a little sugar on top of each.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 3 dozen.
