Glorified Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    6 pork chops
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/4 c. water
    2 c. cooked rice (optional)
Preparation
    In hot oil, cook chops until brown on both sides.
    Remove chops from skillet.
    Spoon off fat from skillet.
    Combine soup and water in skillet.
    Heat to boiling.
    Return chops to skillet.
    Cover; cook over low heat 10 minutes, or until chops are no longer pink, stirring often.
    Best when served over prepared rice.
