Peppy Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baking potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0.
    Lightly grease 1 1/2-quart casserole or baking dish.
    Cut potatoes with peelings into bite size pieces.
    Place potatoes into prepared dish.
    Add onions, pepper, salt and cheese.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
