Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken, coarsely chopped
    1 c. celery, diced fine
    3 hard-boiled eggs, minced fine
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice (optional)
    1/3 c. slivered almonds
    1 Tbsp. grated onion (optional)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix above ingredients together and pour into a baking dish. Sprinkle with a mixture of 1/2 cup grated cheese and 1/2 cup crushed potato chips.
    Bake in a moderate oven (about 325\u00b0) about 30 minutes.
