Delicious Pickled Peaches - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. pickling spices
1 pt. vinegar
4 c. sugar
peaches

Preparation

Tie spices in cloth bag.
Mix vinegar, sugar and spices in a large saucepan.
Add as many peaches as syrup will cover.
Cover and cook until peaches are tender.
Remove peaches from syrup; pack in sterilized jars. Boil syrup until thick.
Pour over peaches.
Seal jars.
