Sausage-Broccoli Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. green onions, sliced
    1/2 lb. hot sausage
    1 unbaked pie shell (deep dish)
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 c. broccoli, chopped
    1 c. Swiss cheese
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Saute onions and remove.
    Cook sausage and crumble.
    Cook and drain broccoli.
    Bake pie shell 5 minutes at 450\u00b0 and sprinkle bottom of pie shell after removing from oven with 2 1/2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese.
    Layer broccoli, onions, Swiss cheese and sausage in pie shell.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over this.
    Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese on top.
    Bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0 and then 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
