Seasoned Crumb Chicken(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    3/4 c. crushed Ritz (16) crackers (Mel uses Pepperidge Farm dressing mix)
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. skinned chicken breasts
Preparation
    Melt margarine in 12 x 7-inch glass baking dish.
    Set aside. Combine rest of ingredients except chicken in flat dish.
    Roll chicken in melted margarine, then in seasoned crumbs.
    Place chicken pieces in Pam-sprayed baking dish.
    Sprinkle remaining bread crumbs on top.
    Microwave 20 to 25 minutes on High or until meat is cooked.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
    Don't overcook.
    Serves 4 to 6.
