Lefse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. mashed potatoes
    1/2 c. vegetable shortening
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. skim milk
    1 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients together when warm.
    Cool and add flour.
    Make into round balls and roll thin on floured board.
    Bake on ungreased griddle at 400\u00b0.
    When done on one side, flip and cook on remaining side.

    Protein 2 g, fat 3 g, calories 79. One serving = 1/2 bread starch exchange, 1/2 fat exchange.
