Watergate Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry pistachio pudding
    1 medium carton low-fat cottage cheese
    1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip lite
    1 small can crushed pineapple (packed in own juice)
    1 c. finely chopped nuts
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix above ingredients together, stirring dry pudding in well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
    Best if made night before using.
