Gelatin Ice Cream Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (4 serving) gelatin (any flavor)
    fruit (optional)
    1 c. boiling water
    2 c. (1 pt.) ice cream (any flavor)
Preparation
    Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add ice cream by spoonfuls, stirring until melted.
    Pour into individual dessert glasses or serving bowls.
    Chill until set, about 30 minutes. Garnish with fruit if desired.
