Conch Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 conchs
    3 pieces Joe Louis strips or smoked neck bone
    1 large onion
    1 Tbsp. Season-All
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Clean and dice\tconchs.
    Put
    conchs, strips, onion and seasoning in pressure
    cooker.
    Pour water over meat, cook for 35 minutes.
    Check
    for
    tenderness of meat, if not ready cook 15 minutes more.
    Cook 1 hour on gas or electric range.
    Makes about 6 servings.
    Serve over rice.
    Delicious.
